What To Expect in Sessions
Sessions will provide you with the space to express your thoughts and feelings. In feeling open and comfortable, you'll be able to gain clarity and feel the emotions that you need to honor.
I provide a non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and ensure that the process is collaborative. There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.
Integrative approaches that are tailored to each unique individual to align with their goals. The hope is to honor mind, body, and spirit.

Initial Consult (15 minutes/Free)
Individual Therapy Session (60min/$140)
Please note: I offer sliding scale spots, happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable.

Wellness Within does not accept insurance for mental health services and is not in network with any insurance provider.
Wellness Within will provide you with documentation (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
How can I submit a claim for out-of-network reimbursement?
How many sessions are covered per year? What is the coverage amount per session?

Insurance requires mental health diagnosis for coverage, which results in diagnosis being part of your permanent health record.
It is possible that you will pay out-of-pocket costs until you meet your deductible.
Limited coverage of sessions and type of therapy, which impacts the type of care you receive.
Remember it is your choice if you would like to involve insurance in your mental health care.
